Our Background

How We Got Our Start

Founder, Terri King created Organized and Tidy Properties with the goal of helping busy families care for their aging loved ones. She felt this a need that was largely not being met in our community.  To further complicate matters, many families today are spread across the country, or world, making it even more difficult to care for loved ones in their time of need.

Terri earned a Management Degree from Jacksonville University and served in a leadership role for 20+ years in the insurance industry.  Her passion has always been to serve others.  She is happiest when organizing volunteer events, organizing spaces, and helping others.  The role of this company is to assist our community by organizing homes or spaces as well as helping those struggling with assistance in daily errands.

Terri will use her skills obtained by leading others and working in a corporate environment to complete this work for our customers. Terri prides herself as being extremely organized, has a super positive attitude, hard working and truly possesses a servant heart.
