I employed Terri King of Organized and Tidy Properties to clean out the house of a couple I became Power of Attorney for as they transitioned to assisted living. They had been in the same house for 40 years and in addition to the usual accumulation for that amount of time, they were "collectors". They were depression era survivors with the mindset that "you never know when we might need that". They also had a stash of item available to donate as the need arose, and kept records for various organizations. In addition to the house, there were storage units also.
Terri did a masterful job. She has the unique ability to sort and identify. I was amazed. She transformed a cluttered house into a lovely, saleable residence, oversaw repairs removed all items from storage, took donations to the places of the owner's preference, managed a yard sale and because she is a licensed realtor, sold the house--All at a very reasonable, affordable price.
Terri is efficient, reliable, personable, honest, compassionate, and delightful to work with. I would hire her in "New York Minute" and would be happy to give additional information to any prospective clients.
